Whole Home Smart · the bigger picture

Every system in your home, talking to each other.

Most homes have a water system, a water heater, an AC and a leak valve that have never heard of each other. We install them as one home, and we're building the app and the wall screen that run them together.

What's real today, and what's next

Smart from install day. One app in 2027.

On install day, each system works in its maker's app and we set it up for you. In 2027 the Whole Home app brings them together. We'll never sell a feature that doesn't work yet.

Whole Home Hub · coming 2027

One screen on your wall for the whole house.

The Whole Home Hub replaces your thermostat with something that watches everything we install: the air, the humidity, the water and the leaks. It's in development now, and Whole Home Water customers will get it first.

  • A thermostat built for Florida

Runs your air conditioning and heat pump, and treats humidity as seriously as temperature.

  • Leak shield on the wall

Pairs with leak sensors and your smart shut-off valve. If water hits the floor, the Hub shuts the water off and tells you.

  • Your water, on screen

Filter life and water quality from the Whole Home Water system we installed, right next to the temperature.

  • Tap the logo, reach a person

One tap opens Whole Home Care: book a visit or start a video call with a specialist.

  • Away mode

Leaving for the season? One switch watches leaks, humidity and temperature until you're back.

  • Works with what you have

Designed for Matter, so it can sit alongside Apple Home, Google Home and Alexa.
